Shah Rukh Khan Tops Live Show Fees Beating Salman Khan; Kareena Kapoor More Popular Than Deepika, Alia Bhatt

Shah Rukh Khan charges more than Salman Khan due to his huge fan base. Kareena Kapoor is the top female star at Australia live shows. Live shows and international events have become a major source of income for many Bollywood stars, sometimes earning them more than films. These performances, especially in countries with a large Indian community, are highly popular and stars are often paid hefty amounts to entertain fans abroad. During a recent chat with Siddharth Kannan, Australian event organisers Pace D and Bikram Singh Randhawa shared some behind-the-scenes details about what goes into bringing Bollywood stars to Australia. When asked who demands a higher fee between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, they revealed it's Shah Rukh. According to them, his fan base—especially among women—is unmatched. 'The moment he spreads his arms, half the country's population will just fall over," they said," they joked, talking about his timeless appeal. The organisers shared that between Kartik Aaryan and Ranveer Singh, it's Ranveer who charges more for live shows. When asked about the most popular Indian female actor in Australia, they named Kareena Kapoor. 'People are crazy about her," they said. When asked if she's more popular than Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Kriti Sanon, or Alia Bhatt, they went on to add, 'Of course, she does. She is a senior actress. People have liked her for a long time. People who can spend on concerts and meet and greets are not the young students. People who have been there for a while and are settled, they can spend, so those stars who have been around for long, they have a bigger fan base. Kareena, Aishwarya Rai, Preity Zinta, when they visit, people go crazy." Meanwhile, Salman Khan, who was scheduled to headline 'The Big Bollywood One' shows in the UK on May 4 and 5, has announced the postponement of the events in light of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam. Salman Khan was set to join an ensemble of actors, including Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon and Disha Patani for the shows. First Published:
