Birchwood Woodland Garden opens to the public for one week
MONTGOMERY, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – The Birchwood Woodlands Garden has officially opened to the public for a brief window to help out a local cause.
Hundreds of large-leaf rhododendrons will be in bloom as visitors walk the grounds, according to the Evergreen Foundation's website. The experience aims to help Friends of the Montgomery Town Library nonprofit organization.
This garden itself will be described along a half-mile of paths through 24 signs. Those who want to catch The Birchwood and its blooming flowers must pay the $7 admission fee. Kids under 12 can get in for free.
Anyone from the public can visit Birchwood Woodlands Garden from Friday, June 13 to June 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
Pets are not allowed. Additional information on accessibility and more can be found online.
