Memphis job market improving
Memphis' job market is expected to make positive gains in 2025.
That's according to data collected by the Greater Memphis Economic Research Group, which compiles job market statistics for the Greater Memphis Chamber.
Employment in the Greater Memphis region, which covers nine counties in the tri-state area, is expected to rise by 2% through 2025. That means 10,232 new jobs will be added, bringing total regional employment to 658,955, Jacob Wilt reports in this story
