Now, the seasoned TV and radio personality is preparing for an exciting premiere. The Dineo Ranaka Show (DRS) is set to launch on 28 April 2025, at 16:00, on YouTube via The Dineo Ranaka Channel. Exploring real-life issues and relatable topics with her trademark "unfiltered perspective," the show promises to bring bold and authentic conversations to a new platform. Unlike her previous work online, this venture is not a podcast but a traditional talk show with a classic format. Beginning with a modest rollout, Ranaka has grand aspirations of creating an enduring legacy, bridging nostalgia with a contemporary edge. "I feel this show will grow into something that feels nostalgic yet current and contemporary all at the same time," says Ranaka. "The DRS will feature a diverse array of guests, shining a spotlight on unsung heroes, tapping into the knowledge of experts across various fields, and occasionally welcoming familiar celebrity faces." "My experience in broadcasting, especially radio broadcasting, will come in handy where revenue generation is concerned," Ranaka states. After some time away from the airwaves, Ranaka made a U-turn and is returning to Metro FM. She now hosts The Saturday Top 30. She previously shared that faith, resilience, and a newfound appreciation for her craft shaped her return to radio broadcasting.
