Everyone Is Making The Same Joke About Unblocking Elon Musk In Order To Follow His Messy Feud With Trump
Well, the day everyone knew was coming — but still can't believe it finally did — has arrived: Elon Musk and Donald Trump have officially had a very messy, messy public breakup.
It's chaotic, dramatic, and exactly as petty as you'd expect from two billionaires with fragile egos who have never met a grudge they didn't like. And, honestly, it would be a lot more entertaining if it didn't actually involve real-world stakes for us here in the US.
Now, most of this drama is playing out on Musk's X (formerly Twitter), where he has been going full scorched-earth, throwing accusations against Trump, airing out grievances, and responding to the president's posts (reposted from his Truth Social social media platform).
Of course, a lot of X/Twitter users have long had Musk blocked on the platform so as not to have his tweets forced boosted onto their feed. But today, a lot of people decided they had no option but to unblock him in order to see how this would all play out. And in true internet fashion, people also started tweeting out jokes about unblocking Musk.
