Shopping park in Scottish city district put up for sale
Galbraith said Seafield Retail Park in Edinburgh comprises a terrace of three retail warehouse units, a stand-alone retail warehouse and a stand-alone drive-thru restaurant which has been sold on a long lease to McDonald's.

A Scottish forest portfolio of 11 properties has been put on the market.
All of the forests are for sale as a whole for under £1 million, a forestry agent said, as new figures revealed "strong prices" in the industry.
Woodland specialists John Clegg & Co said the commercial forestry market in Great Britain appears to be stabilising, with high-quality plantations maintaining strong values and "cautious optimism" within the sector.
Craiglug Wood is part of the Aberdeenshire portfolio on the market at offers over £955,000, and is 88.86 acres.

The agent said Coille Ruadh West forest has "spectacular views" over the Strath of Oykel and lies approximately 6.8 miles to the west of the popular village of Rosehall.
Landfor Chartered Land and Forestry Agency said: "Coille Ruadh West is located at the northwestern end of the expansive Strathoykel Forest complex, which spans over 1,300 hectares of commercial forestry amidst the breathtaking scenery of Sutherland in the Scottish Highlands.
"Renowned for its wild and dramatic scenery, the area provides excellent opportunities for fishing and deer stalking. It also benefits from a well-developed road network connecting the east and west coasts of northern Scotland, including the North Coast 500 route."

The agent said The Orangery is 'developing a reputation as one of Stirling's finest restaurants'.
Drysdale and Company is handling the sale of Victoria Square, which includes The Orangery restaurant.
The freehold asking price is £1.35 million.
