‘The Queens: 4 Legends. 1 Stage' tour coming to Legacy Arena
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — An 11-city tour featuring four Grammy-winning and nominated artists will be coming to Birmingham in May. Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight and Stephanie Mills are teaming up for 'The Queens: 4 Legends, 1 Stage' tour. The Black Promoters Collective is producing the tour. 'To have these four legendary women together on one stage is historic,' said Gary Guidry, CEO of Black Promoters Collective, in a statement. 'Each of them has left an indelible mark on the industry, and this tour is a celebration of their artistry, resilience, and legacy.' Concerts coming to Birmingham area in April The collaborative tour kicks off May 9 in Las Vegas, making its way to Birmingham's Legacy Arena on May 17. According to Black Promoters Collective, 'Fans will experience a night of unmatched vocal mastery and show-stopping performances.' Tickets to the event can be found here.
