'YOU CAN HAVE A CULT. YOU'RE JUST NOT GOING TO WIN A NATIONAL ELECTION': Trey Gowdy BASHES the Democrats' Continued Radical Leftward Drift
Trey Gowdy, former U.S. Representative from South Carolina, former federal prosecutor, and host of Sunday Night in America and The Trey Gowdy Podcast , joined The Guy Benson Show to discuss the resignation of NY's acting US attorney amid scrutiny over the eased-up case against NYC Mayor Eric Adams. Gowdy also weighed in on Democrats like Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and AOC controversially offering advice to illegal migrants on avoiding ICE. Plus, Gowdy reacted to the cringeworthy rallies from Democrats and how their recent behavior has contributed to their party losing control of all three branches of government. Listen to the full interview below! Listen to the full interview: Listen to the full podcast: Gowdy had this to say on the Democrats' continued leftward drift: 'So 'the squad' is getting smaller and (Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) clearly has national aspirations and she is a charismatic communicator. The problem is what she's communicating is so antithetical to what the rest of us believe. It doesn't matter how charismatic you are, you can have a cult. You're just not going to win a national election.'
