BRAVE CF unveils main and co-main events for BRAVE CF 93
The most global MMA organization in the world, BRAVE Combat Federation, has revealed the main event and co-main event for BRAVE CF 93, scheduled to take place on April 18 in Zhengzhou, China. In the headliner of the event, which kickstarts 'The Year of the BRAVE,' former Lightweight title challenger and Georgia's Raul Tutarauli will take on former Interim title challenger Olzhas Eskaraev in what is bound to be a high-stakes showdown in the Lightweight division. Raul previously challenged reigning champion Abdisalam Kubanychbek for the Lightweight title at BRAVE CF 87 last year but fell short, suffering a close decision loss. Following that, he returned to the regional circuit and secured a firstround submission victory. Now, the Georgian aims to rebuild his path to a rematch with the champion by taking on another top contender in the division. Meanwhile, Olzhas Eskaraev is on a two-fight winning streak. After falling short against Abdisalam Kubanychbek in the interim title fight at BRAVE CF 59, Eskaraev has been working his way back toward another title shot. In his last outing, he defeated Chinese superstar Zehao Zhang at BRAVE CF 84. Now, as he returns to China for another showdown, Eskaraev looks to solidify his case for a title fight against Abdisalam. In the co-main event, Chinese superstar Jiniushiyue will take on Tajikistani wrestling phenom Khurshed Nazarov. Nazarov, who suffered his first career loss against current BRAVE CF Bantamweight champion Nicholas Hwende, is determined to bounce back and make his mark in the Bantamweight division. Jiniushiyue shares a similar motivation, as he looks to end a two-fight winless streak that followed an impressive seven-fight winning run spanning two years. BRAVE CF 93 will mark BRAVE Combat Federation's return to China after its debut event, BRAVE CF 84, in 2024. The event, held in association with YFU, will be the first of the 2025 calendar for BRAVE Combat Federation, following a record-breaking 2024.

Hamza Kooheji's Triumphant Comeback Highlights BRAVE CF's 'Year of The BRAVE'
BRAVE Combat Federation witnessed one of the most dominant performances in its history at BRAVE CF 91 when Hamza Kooheji returned to the cage after a two-year hiatus to secure a stoppage victory. The Pride of Bahrain had been sidelined for two years due to injury, but when he stepped back into the cage at BRAVE CF 91 to face Turkish superstar Alperen Karabulut, it seemed as though he had never missed a step. Kooheji controlled the fight from the start, overwhelming Karabulut before eventually securing a finish. While the win marked his triumphant return, his dominant comeback from a long-term injury also aligns with BRAVE Combat Federation's theme for 2025: "The Year of the BRAVE." After the fight, Kooheji made it clear that he wants to challenge for the Bantamweight title. With such a commanding performance, it will be difficult to deny his demands. Kooheji's journey—from being sidelined by injury to positioning himself as a title contender—mirrors BRAVE Combat Federation's own path, as the organization continues to break new ground in the world of MMA through its vision and global expansion. Rizvan Ali, BRAVE CF's Athlete Manager, commented on Hamza's performance, saying, "Hamza Kooheji's dominant return exemplifies what we mean by 'The Year of the BRAVE.' His resilience and determination to overcome a long-term injury and come back stronger than ever is truly inspirational. Hamza is not just the Pride of Bahrain; he's become a symbol of what BRAVE CF stands for – perseverance, excellence, and the relentless pursuit of greatness." In 2024, BRAVE Combat Federation set multiple world records and entered new markets with debut events in Mauritius, the Netherlands, China, Bulgaria, and Austria. The year also saw new champions crowned, world-class signings, and the rise of new superstars. For 2025, BRAVE Combat Federation has already announced events in China (April 18), Switzerland (May 17), Slovenia (June 7), and Bulgaria (July 12), continuing the momentum built in 2024. Maintaining that momentum will also be Kooheji's goal as he pursues the Bantamweight title in 2025. Having turned 32, he still has his prime years ahead of him and the Bahraini superstar is poised to embrace BRAVE CF's 2025 theme and prove to the world that 2025 is indeed "The Year of the BRAVE."
