In a major setback to the state government, the(KAT) annulled the's (KPSC) February 26, 2024,notification for recruiting 384 Gazetted Probationers, citing a violation of the Supreme Court's 50% reservation cap, and also struck down the government's December 2022 order that raised quotas to 56% without legislative approval.
