Sharad Kelkar Becomes Highest-Paid TV Actor With His Comeback Show Tum Se Tum Tak

Actor Sharad Kelkar is set to make a comeback in television after working on superhit Bollywood films like PK, Ramleela, and Tanhaji. As per reports, the actor has charged Rs 3.5 lakh per day for the television show, Tum se Tum Tak. With this high amount, Sharad Kelkar has become the highest-paid actor in the television industry, surpassing Kapil Sharma, Hina Khan, Dilip Joshi and others' earnings. Sharad Kelkar, who began his career in the television industry in 2001 with shows like Aakrosh and Saat Phere, was offered a role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ramleela in 2013. Before venturing onto the big screen, Kelkar hosted several TV shows, including SA Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge, Rock-N-Roll Family, and Pati Patni Aur Woh. Soon after Ramleela's success, Kelkar was cast in multiple movies, including Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro, John Abraham's Rocky Handsome, Sanjay Dutt's Bhoomi, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Housefull 4, and Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji, among other movies. Moreover, the actor also voiced Prabhas' character in the Hindi version of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali. Kelkar's most anticipated return to the television screen is with the new show Tum Se Tum Tak. This show will explore a tale of unconventional love between Anu, a teen girl and Aryavardhan, a 46-year-old business tycoon. This show will delve deep into the themes of societal norms, class distinction, age barriers, and unconditional love. Actress Niharika Chouksey will be appearing in the role of Anu with Sharad Kelkar playing the character of Aryavardhan. As per Times Entertainment reports, Kelkar has expressed his excitement to return to TV in an interview.
