It inspires students to explore, engage in dialogue, and nurture their critical thinking skills.' He added, 'This corner will offer our students and researchers a unique opportunity to deepen intercultural understanding, benefit from valuable academic and cultural content, and participate in language and educational activities that will expand their skills and intellectual horizons.' The establishment of the American Corner is a deliverable of the 2024 U.S.-Qatar Strategic Dialogue and stems from the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in March 2024. His Excellency Timmy Davis said 'Today marks a significant milestone in our shared journey to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the United States and Qatar. The American Corner at CCQ is more than just a room—it's a vibrant space where students and the wider community can come together to learn, connect, and grow. It reflects our shared commitment to education, innovation, and dialogue, and I hope it will inspire a lifelong love of learning and a deeper understanding between our two nations.'
