Tomasz Kowalski, 45, who works for Evri, will be testing his endurance this April to support disability equality. His marathon effort will contribute to his fundraising for Scope, a prominent disability charity. He has previously completed a 24-hour dance marathon and holds the title of Poland's Fastest Computer Builder. As part of his preparation, Tomasz follows a rigorous training regimen, running four times and working out in the gym three times each week to build endurance and strength. He said: "The marathon felt like a great goal. READ: "It will be another incredible experience to tick off my list, and if I can apply what I'm already doing to help others, it's a win-win." However, this marathon endeavour isn't just about personal achievement, as Tomasz is also raising funds to support Scope's mission of creating a more inclusive society.
