Mass. man wins $120,000 prize in Keno Bonus
DORCHESTER, Mass. (WWLP) – A resident of Sagamore Beach won a $120,000 prize on a Keno drawing this month. Wayne Jackman won this prize by adding the Bonus multiplier to his wager for an additional dollar per game. When the 3x Bonus multiplier was drawn for the game on June 2, all nine of the numbers Jackman played on his ticket were selected, turning a $40,000 prize into $120,000. Massachusetts player wins $1 million on instant ticket sold in Springfield Jackman claimed his winnings last Tuesday, June 3, at the Massachusetts State Lottery headquarters in Dorchester. He said he plans to share his prize with his wife and children. Tommy Doyle's Pub & Grill, located at 956 Washington Street in South Easton, will receive a $1,200 bonus for selling Jackman the prize ticket. This marks the second $120,000 Keno prize won within the last month, with the first won in Nantucket during a May 24 drawing. Wayne Jackman, of Sagamore Beach, won $120,000 when all nine of his numbers matched those drawn in a 'Keno' game on June 2. His prize increased from an initial $40,000 to $120,000 because of a 3X multiplier drawn for the game, according to the lottery. Jackman claimed his prize on Tuesday, and told the lottery he plans to share the prize with his wife and children. He bought the winning ticket at Tommy Doyle's Pub & Grill, located at 956 Washington St. in South Easton. The restaurant will receive a $1,200 bonus for selling the ticket.
