The Best Leggings On Amazon To Workout In And Wear Every Day
Whether you're a workout obsessive or simply have an affinity for athleisure, Amazon offers a wealth of leggings that cater to a variety of needs. Because the sheer volume of options can be intimidating, we've done the work to find the best leggings on Amazon, including our top pick, the IUGA High Waist Leggings, a comfortable, flattering pair with thousands of reviews. For high-impact workouts, we like the compression of the CRZ Yoga Hugged Feeling Leggings, and for a plus-size pair, we recommend the Hltpro Leggings, which are available up to size 6XL. When shopping for leggings, there a few things to keep in mind. 'Important factors to consider when shopping for leggings are support, material, length, performance design and key features like pockets or front seams,' says Kendall Wood, a certified personal trainer at Tonal. We took these factors and more into consideration when determining the best leggings on Amazon, and our list includes options for specific wants and needs. Sizes: XS to 3XL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 27 inches (XS to XL); 28 inches (XXL to 3XL) | Materials: 77% polyester, 23% spandex Boasting more than 50,000 reviews, these high waist leggings from yoga brand IUGA are a popular pair that earn high marks for their soft-to-the-touch feel, four-way stretch and tummy control. As part of the brand's Flex Tight collection, the leggings offer soft compression that enhances the body's curves, creating a tummy tuck effect and lifting the butt, while the moisture-wicking stretch fabric provides full coverage for peace of mind while working out. We especially appreciate the versatility of these leggings, which offer enough support and compression for hitting the gym yet are still comfortable and stylish enough to wear while running errands, traveling and more. Sizes: XS to XXL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 25 inches | Materials: 80% polyamide, 20% spandex The Gym People's Tummy Control Leggings are designed using the four-needles and six-lines stitching method, which creates flat seams to prevent chafing and irritation for a more comfortable workout. The leggings' second-skin fit is close-fitting without being constrictive and they feel like you're not wearing anything at all, so you can squat, stretch and move freely while still feeling supported. While the second-skin fit provides some compression, it might not be enough for more intense workouts, in which case you might want to check out CRZ Yoga's Hugged Compression Leggings for an even snugger, supportive fit. Sizes: S/M to 6XL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 26 inches | Materials: 92% polyester, 6% spandex These leggings from Hltpro are available in an impressive size range, with the largest size offered being a 6XL, whereas most leggings from other brands stop at a 3XL or 4XL. The four-way stretch fabric is paired with a high-rise waistband to keep everything smooth and snug without placing too much restriction on the midsection, and several reviewers note that the fabric stays in place and doesn't roll or slide down while working out. According to some reviews, the fabric is on the thinner side but isn't see through, and they don't offer a ton of compression, making them more suitable for low-impact workouts or everyday wear. If you're looking for a plus-size pair better suited to more strenuous activities, the Dragon Fit High Waist Leggings go up to a 3XL and are made from a polyamide blend, which tends to be thicker and more durable than polyester. Sizes: XXS to XL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 25 inches | Materials: 64% polyamide micro, 36% lycra As the name suggests, these CRZ Yoga leggings offer max compression that's akin to a tight hug around your legs. The body-hugging fit works to keep the legs warm, helping combat fatigue and reduce muscle vibration, and some reviewers say the compression has even helped with leg pain. A high-rise, seamless waistband offers additional support and coverage. Despite their snug fit, the polyamide and lycra blend is soft, breathable and provides enough stretch for comfortable movement. Still, the fabric is thick and thus ideal for high-impact workouts—think weightlifting, HIIT workouts and long-distance runs. For low-impact activities like yoga or pilates, we recommend our workout leggings pick, The Gym People Tummy Control Leggings. Sizes: XS to XL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 25 inches | Materials: 75% polyester, 25% spandex Colorfulkoala's high-waisted leggings are made with a four-way stretch polyester and spandex blend that's primed for performance and slightly brushed on both sides for a buttery soft feel. The wide seamless waistband sits above the navel and keeps the stomach secure without the use of an elastic band, and the waist remains in place, so you're not constantly pausing to adjust the leggings or tug them back up; one reviewer notes that the leggings didn't budge or fall down even when carrying a tablet in the side pocket. On the back, a V-shaped seam creates a contoured effect for a subtly sculpted silhouette. There are two side pockets to store essentials, and the leggings are available in more than 20 colors. Sizes: XS to 3XL | Rise: High-rise | Inseam: 26 inches | Materials: 88% polyamide, 12% spandex For those who don't want to carry a bag, Dragon Fit's leggings offer three pockets, including an inner pocket in the back of the waistband that, much to the surprise (and delight) of several reviewers, can easily fit a phone, and is especially great for housing valuables like money, credit cards or an ID. According to reviews, the two side pockets are deep, secure and plenty capable of fitting both iPhones and Samsung models. Beyond their storage, they feature a classic fit and are made from a soft, stretchy, quick-drying fabric that's great for both everyday wear and more intense activities. The leggings are also available in a capri style and come in 37 colors, including muted tones and tie-dye patterns. The Forbes Vetted team has researched and written countless fitness apparel and accessory guides, from workout shirts to walking shoes. When choosing the best leggings on Amazon, we evaluated each selection based on several factors including size range, waistband rise and materials.

All Home Gyms Should Look as Good as a Tonal 2
Tonal is a high-tech slab of ambition—a gym in a mirror for those wanting to trade dumbbells for algorithm-powered gains. Tonal 2 is sleeker, sharper, and somehow even more expensive than before. At $4,295 (plus several add-on costs), it's both a statement piece and a serious financial commitment. I wanted to know if Tonal could change the way I train. After weeks of testing, I analyzed everything from installation to daily performance to see if Tonal 2 could keep me motivated—no small feat given my squirrel-like attention span—or if it would just turn my living room into the set of a Black Mirror episode. New and Improved Tonal 2 sticks with the same wall-mounted design as its predecessor (7/10, WIRED Recommends) but refines the aesthetic with an all-black finish and chrome accents. It looks cool in any home gym—as long as you wipe off the inevitable smudges after every workout. The most noticeable upgrade is the built-in camera, which enables real-time form feedback on-screen. Previously, Smart View required a separate mobile device to analyze movements, but now corrections are immediate. You can still integrate your phone for a side-angle, which improves the coaching cues. Photograph: Boutayna Chokrane In my experience, Smart View caught subtle but critical posture mistakes—like hunching my shoulders or letting my chest drop. But it wasn't flawless. For example, it didn't flag when I performed an entirely different exercise, like a narrow hamstring curl instead of a wide bicep curl. Certain exercises also make it hard to glance at the screen mid-set, so I relied on the post-workout videos and feedback for review more than in real time. Connectivity has also improved, with stronger Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stability. Your internet still matters—if your connection is spotty, expect occasional lag—but I didn't experience any streaming disruptions during testing. Perhaps the most meaningful upgrade is its durability. Tonal 2's new cables are 75 percent stronger, pushing the digital resistance cap from 200 to 250 pounds—a huge plus for advanced lifters. Tonal also introduced a new workout modality, Aero HIIT, a cardio and strength training hybrid, that adds five new moves to the list: Aero Pull, Aero Mini Pull, Aero Twist, Aero Chop, and Aero Lunge. Drop sets are also now built-in, making pushing through fatigue possible without manual weight adjustments. Not Just Weights Tonal 2 requires professional installation, adding another $295 (or more, depending on your location). It mounts flush to the wall, keeping your space clutter-free, but it demands at least 7'x7' of floor space and a 7'10' ceiling height for a full range of motion. If you live in a smaller space, be prepared to shuffle furniture around before workouts. The actual installation took about 45 minutes and went smoothly. Though fair warning, the drilling is loud. If you have neighbors, maybe give them a heads-up. Lifting with digital resistance feels different from free weights. According to Tonal, the pin-loaded machine can feel 23 percent heavier than barbell dumbbells. There's no momentum, so your muscles stay engaged throughout the motion. It's a more controlled (and limiting) way to train. The touchscreen is responsive, making it easy to adjust weights, follow programs, and track progress.
