Tonic Bar Debuts in Riyadh With Saudi's First All-Female Mixology Team
Opening in Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, the bar specialises in handcrafted mocktails designed to awaken the senses. It's time for the ladies to mix up Riyadh's nightlife - in more ways than one. Tonic Bar has just opened at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, where Saudi Arabia's first all-female bar team is taking centre stage. Led by expert mixologists, the bar specialises in handcrafted mocktails designed to awaken the senses. Think smoked rosemary infusions, citrus-forward blends, and spice-kissed concoctions, all served with what General Manager Guenter Gebhard calls 'calm precision' and 'leadership in action.' The bar's aesthetic is minimalist-chic with warm metals, soft lighting, and textured finishes. While the full menu remains under wraps, early hints promise twists on classics and entirely new creations, all alcohol-free and full of personality. Tonic joins a lineup of fresh culinary additions at Four Seasons Riyadh, including Pierre Hermé Paris' avant-garde pastries (nori macarons, anyone?) and Café Boulud's duck confit and Thai curry octopus. Perched between the 30th and 50th floors of Kingdom Centre, the hotel offers skyline views as crisp as the mocktails.
