LX Pantos eyes bigger footing in North American logistics market

Korean logistics company LX Pantos said Tuesday it is consolidating its presence in the North American logistics market by participating in the Transpacific Maritime Conference 2025, the world's largest container shipping and supply chains event, organized by Standard and Poor's Global. At this year's conference in California that began Sunday and concludes Wednesday, LX Pantos has set up an exhibition booth at the Long Beach Convention Center to engage in aggressive sales activities. The event features over 1,800 participating companies from across the industry. In addition to strengthening logistics networks, LX Pantos will also be presenting ideas focused on the container shipping outlook and potential volatile factors in the sector this year, exchanging diverse perspectives on the global shipping and logistics landscape. 'LX Pantos has been actively running a promotional booth and intensifying sales efforts since last year. We will leverage this opportunity further to strengthen our position in the American market and explore new business opportunities,' said LX Pantos CEO Lee Yong-ho at the conference. Meanwhile, LX Pantos recently established the US-based joint venture Boxlinks with Japanese shipping company Ocean Network Express, aiming for penetration into the US intermodal transportation sector. Through this partnership, LX Pantos will be able to get a strategic logistics foothold in the US.
