Watertown PD seeking help in finding missing 17-year-old
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The Watertown Police Department are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 17-year-old male.
Authorities are looking for, Travell Rubin, was reported as a runaway on Monday, February 3 from the 1700 block of State St. in the City of Watertown.

Watertown Police said Rubin left around 3 p.m. Monday.
He is a black male with short black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and150 lbs. Rubin was last seen with gray sweatpants and a blue or black hooded sweatshirt with an image of Jason Voorhees from the movie series Friday the 13th on it.
He is possibly in the area of Philadelphia in northern Jefferson County.
