Greenfield, N.S. man charged with drug trafficking and weapons offences

A Greenfield, N.S., man has been charged with drug trafficking and weapons offences.
East Hants District RCMP executed a search at a residence on Walker Road in Greenfield Thursday, as part of an ongoing investigation, and arrested a 46-year-old man.
The RCMP says officers seized drugs, believed to be cocaine and heroin, and multiple weapons, including a sawed-off shotgun and conducted energy weapon.
Travis Lee Daniels has been charged with:
unauthorized possession of firearm
three counts of unauthorized possession of prohibited or restricted weapon
careless use of firearm
possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon knowing its possession is unauthorized
possession for the purpose of trafficking
Daniels appeared in Truro provincial court on June 13. He was released on conditions pending a future court appearance.
The investigation is ongoing.
