The Apprentice star Tre Lowe becomes dad for first time at 50 as he begins 'next chapter'
The Apprentice star Tre Lowe, 50, has welcomed his first child. The TV star shared a heartwarming statement on social media along with snaps of his newborn baby
The Apprentice star Tre Lowe has become a father for the first time at 50 years old. The TV star, who rose to fame on the BBC programme in 2023, took to his social media page to share pictures of his newborn baby's tiny hands and feet as he paid tribute to his son and his wife.
"And just like that, I'm a father," he said. "There's nothing that prepares you for this moment. No book, no podcast, no advice. Just you, your son, and a whole new frequency of love. Real talk - the road to get here hasn't been easy. It's been full of plot twists, growing pains, and challenging moments. But every single one shaped me. Broke me open. Built something real. Something solid."
Tre added: "Now I look at my son and everything makes sense. My mission. My why. To everyone who's walked with me, held space - I see you. I thank you. I love you.
"To my wife Enas - you are power, beauty, grace and grit. What you've done, what you've carried, what you've become… I'm in awe. And to my son… I've got you. Through everything. Through the madness and the magic. From now till my last breath - I've got you. The next chapter begins now. Let's get it."
His friends and fans rushed to the comment section to congratulate him on the newest addition to his family, with former The Apprentice winner Harpreet Kaur writing: "Congratulations!! Beautiful."
Su-Elise Nash from Mis-Teeq added: "Huge congratulations to you both. Love you guys, We're just so happy for you!!! Welcome to parenthood."
One person wrote: "OMG I am so happy for you. You and @enas_daeki_ will be the best mummy and daddy. Congratulations you two," and another delighted fan commented: "Congratulations my brother, welcome to the club!"
Tre, who tied the knot to Enas Daeki in 2023, previously discussed being an older dad after announcing his wife's pregnancy last year. He said he sometimes, in 'his weaker moments', questions whether he waited too long to become a father.
"I do think about it, because when my child is going to university, I'm going to be like 70 or 71! And by the time it graduates, I'm going to be like 75," he said to MailOnline.
"I do worry and think about whether I'm still going to be healthy and well."
During the chat, he also admitted Lord Sugar would be the perfect godparent to his child as his son would be "alright" with the business mogul.
"If Lord Sugar was the godparent, can you imagine the wisdom that kid would have," he added.
