‘Violent' Bridgeport gang member sentenced to 25 years in federal prison
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) — A 'violent' Bridgeport gang member was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison on Tuesday, according to the department of justice.

Trevon Wright, 23, a member of the 'East End Gang,' distributed heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and Percocet pills, used and shared firearms and committed at least six murders and other acts of violence against rival gang members and other individuals.
It was determined that in 2019, Wright shot and attempted to kill five people in rivaling gangs. In 2020, Wright shot and killed Myreke Kenion.
He has been detained since 2021.
