Orr Fellowship hires Ben Trockman as first regional director in Evansville
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An early career development program for businesses in Indiana has named Ben Trockman as its first regional director in Evansville.
Officials say Trockman will be able to use his insights into the future of Evansville to create opportunities for Orr Fellowship members that will impact the local community. His responsibilities as regional director will include planning the curriculum for the inaugural Evansville cohort, meeting with Orr Fellows and connecting with the organization's partner companies.
'To say I'm delighted at the opportunity to lead the expansion of Orr Fellowship in Evansville is an understatement,' said Trockman. 'Truly it is the honor of a lifetime.'
Trockman was elected Evansville's city council president in January. He has also served as a local and national ambassador for Easterseals and helped implement disability inclusion initiatives at Old National Bank.
