Albanese weighs ‘risky' NATO trip to secure first meeting with Trump
Sky News Senior Political Reporter Trudy McIntosh reacts to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese considering a visit to The Hague for the NATO Summit to secure a meeting with US President Donald Trump. 'It shows you they do want to secure this first face-to-face meeting, it had been telegraphed for such a long time,' Ms McIntosh told Sky News host Peta Credlin. 'How do you deal with a President whose schedule continues to change? 'That would be my worry for the PM by going to NATO, he might go there, and Donald Trump doesn't go, or at the last minute, he has to leave. 'It's risky to go.'
