4-car rollover crash forces traffic into one lane on SR 167

A four-car crash that resulted in one vehicle landing on its roof diverted traffic into one lane Saturday afternoon. The crash was reported around 4:30 p.m. on SR 167 northbound at S 180th Street in Tukwila. Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) cameras showed three vehicles stopped bumper-to-bumper in the far left lane, and the vehicle on its roof was blocking the far right-hand lane and shoulder. It's unclear if anyone was injured. Traffic was filtered into the HOV lane for some time while crews cleared the scene. No word yet as to what led up to the crash. On SR 167 northbound at S 180th St (MP 24) there is a collision blocking the right lane and the left lane.

A Tukwila Police Department (TPD) K9 named Raider played an important role in finding a suspect in an alleged burglary at a business, TPD posted on Facebook. As officers arrived near Tukwila International Boulevard and South 139th Street earlier this week, the suspect ran into a wooded area and police searched for him for over two hours, the department said. K9 Raider and his handler helped track the man, finding multiple pieces of evidence before locating the suspect in a bush. The man was found to have more than 20 previous convictions when he was booked on multiple charges, TPD said.

What we know According to police, officers responded to reports of shots fired near the BJ's Restaruarnt around 6 p.m., on the south side of the mall. Officers said they determined that an individual was shooting at a person who was running away. Glass doors and windows near the mall entrance were visibly shattered. Police quickly secured the scene. They say this incident doesn't appear to be a random act of violence. No injuries were reported in the shooting. All people involved fled the scene following the shooting. There is no word on arrests at this time.
