Rosie shot to stardom aged just 15 after being scouted by Storm Model Management.
Her first campaign was for Balenciaga, and she has since graced the covers of Vogue, Elle and Tatler, becoming one of the UK's most recognisable faces on the fashion circuit.
In recent years, she has also made a name for herself as a broadcaster, fronting coverage of the world-famous Royal Ascot races and appearing regularly on British television as a style and society commentator.
Meanwhile Ross and his twin brother best known for their extreme expeditions to the remotest parts of the planet - including rowing the Atlantic Ocean, climbing Mount Elbrus.
The daredevil duo even attempted to locate the geographic 'poles of inaccessibility' - the farthest or most difficult to reach location in a given landmass, sea, or other topographical feature.
Ross and his brother Hugo, who often undertake adventures together to raise money for spinal research, have become household names in the world of endurance sports and exploration.
The couple, who had been dating for several years, tied the knot last summer in a romantic outdoor ceremony attended by a mix of fashion insiders, aristocrats, and fellow adventurers.
Ross had proposed to Rosie in Cornwall, taking her completely by surprise.
'The proposal was more perfect than I could ever have imagined,' she said at the time.
'I never thought he would be able to surprise me, but he did. It was in Cornwall; we had gone to the top of Brea Hill for a picnic.
'To cut a long story short, after two hours of us being up there, he got down on one knee with the ring. I was so surprised that all I did was cry.
'I missed his whole speech but managed to say yes through all my happy tears.
'Thirty minutes later, I asked him to do it again now that I had calmed down. So, he got back down on one knee and said his speech again, and this time I could take it all in.
'It was just perfect! A Brea Hill picnic is something we do all the time, so he caught me off guard.'
