Plans for 117 homes on former Stoke-on-Trent factory site
More than 100 affordable homes could be built on a former factory site in proposed scheme from Westchurch Homes would redevelop the former Tuscan Works site off Anchor Road and Forrister Street in would be 117 homes in total, made up of one-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, the planning application said.A statement with the plans submitted to Stoke-on-Trent City Council said the homes would be a mixture of two and 2.5-storey terraced or semi-detached buildings.
