Nebraska welcomes members of 2025 class to campus Nebraska football saw the arrival of seven players over the weekend, with all of them set to begin their Husker careers. Offensive tackle Julian Marks, defensive tackle Tyson Terry, defensive lineman Kade Pietrzaek, athlete Jeremiah Jones, defensive lineman Malcolm Simpson, athlete Sean Hammerbeck, and offensive tackle Brian Tapu all arrived on campus Sunday afternoon. This represents a large portion of the 2025 class. The highest-rated recruit out of the group is Terry, who comes to Nebraska with a four-star rating according to Rivals rankings. Marks and Tyson Terry are the blue-chip arrivals for Sunday, as the 2025 class comes to town with a heavy focus on the defense. The 2025 class comes to town with a lot of anticipation, as the program looks to take the next step and make some noise in the Big Ten. The development of this class in particular could shape the program and the defensive unit for years to come. Talk about refusing to be stopped. Nebraska Omaha North heavyweight Tyson Terry persevered in his senior season despite tearing his ACL in October. Over the weekend, Terry became the first wrestler in his weight class to win four straight state championships. He did this despite the ACL tear. Terry finished his run at 169-0. He will play defensive lineman for the Cornhuskers in the fall. Omaha North's Tyson Terry tore his ACL in October during a football game and wrestled on it the whole season to complete the first heavyweight four-peat in Nebraska high school history.
