Overnight closure on Old Mill Road for Deep Creek Bridge Replacement Project
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's contractor will perform an overnight lane closure in Chesapeake on Sunday as part of the Deep Creek Bridge Replacement Project.
According to Chesapeake Roads, Old Mill Road eastbound will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on May 18 to allow for utility work. This is located near Mill Creek Parkway, which is in front of a Rite-Aid.
Flaggers will direct traffic in the area. Motorists are encouraged to follow all posted signage in the area.
This scheduled work is weather permitting and subject to change in the event of the inclement weather.
