Suspect identified in Panama City Krispy Kreme robbery

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – The Panama City Police have identified a suspect in the armed robbery that happened at the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop early Monday morning. They say 48-year-old Terrance Goodman of Panama City threatened the employee with a handgun and then took an undisclosed amount of cash. Investigators say they were able to identify Goodman through surveillance video from the robbery. The marshal service is offering a $4,000 cash reward for information leading to an U.S. Department of Corrections says Goodman escaped from a work camp in Talladega, Alabama, where he was serving a 15-year sentence for a federal narcotics conviction. Panama City Police Department investigating armed robbery He's been on the run since November of 2023. Goodman is considered armed and dangerous. Police believe he is still in the Bay County area. 'They've been able to follow that from one location to the next and identifying our suspect fleeing south on State Avenue after the robbery, eventually entering a black and white colored Chevy Impala, which then fled the scene.' Police say Goodman is dangerous. In 1998 he began serving a 15-year prison sentence for third-degree murder committed in Okaloosa county. He was arrested in 2012 for a fatal shooting here in Bay County. He's been convicted on drug and burglary charges.
