It is offered to individuals who have made remarkable contributions to environmental preservation, sustainability, and clean or renewable energy, according to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP). The Blue Visa, a special residency permit, will be offered to those demonstrating extraordinary dedication and influence in the environmental and energy sectors. i.
