Mumbai, June 8 (UNI) Bollywood's action star Sunny Deol, recently marked the 23rd anniversary of his revered period drama "23 March 1931: Shaheed", a film that pays homage to India's indomitable freedom fighters. Directed by Guddu Dhanoa, the 2002 film starred Bobby Deol as the iconic revolutionary Bhagat Singh, while Sunny Deol essayed the role of Chandrashekhar Azad, another towering figure in India's independence movement. On the film's 23rd anniversary, Sunny shared rare behind-the-scene images of himself and Bobby Deol on Instagram. Sharing the poignant skills the actor wrote, "23 years of 23 March 1931: Shaheed — a film that echoes the fire of revolution and the sacrifice of heroes. Mumbai, June 8 (UNI) Bollywood's Khiladi Kumar Akshay Kumar stepped out incognito to gauge the audience's real-time reactions to his latest release, "Housefull 5". The film, which hit cinemas on June 6, marks the fifth instalment in the popular comedy franchise. To know the audience's reaction about the film "Housefull 5", Akshay Kumar reached among the people wearing the killer mask shown in the film and asked the audience for their opinion. Akshay shared the video on his Instagram account, in which he is seen clad in the eerie 'killer mask' outside a cinema hall, interacting with moviegoers, as they were failing to recognise him and offering candid feedback. Adding to the clip, Akshay wrote, 'Bas yun hi I decided to wear the killer mask and interview people coming out of the Housefull5 show at Bandra today. Pakda jaane wala thaa end mein but bhaag gaya us se pehle. Mast experience.' (Just randomly thought of interviewing people post the show of Housefull 5. The teaser, unveiled recently, has ignited curiosity among the cinephiles, garnering praise not only for Roshan but also for co-stars Jr NTR, Kiara Advani and director Ayan Mukerji. Returning as the brooding, high-octane intelligence operative Kabir, Roshan exudes magnetic intensity and physical precision. ''War' is a really special franchise for me. So, seeing the appreciation that War 2's teaser is getting, seeing how people are pouring their love for NTR, for Kiara, for Ayan, for me and the entire team makes me really happy. It is not easy making films of this scale and we have given our everything to make 'War 2' an action spectacle for people to have a jaw-dropping theatrical experience like never before." Paresh Rawal denies creative disagreements with Hera Pheri 3 director Priyadarshan

Mumbai, May 18 (UNI) Veteran actor Paresh Rawal has denied that his departure from the upcoming comedy sequel "Hera Pheri 3",was precipitated by creative differences with the director Priyadarshan. The third installment of the iconic "Hera Pheri" franchise has been making headlines ever since reports surfaced suggesting Rawal's absence from the project. Recent reports claimed that Rawal backed out of this project due to artistic disagreements with the production team. Putting these rumours to rest, Rawal addressed the matter publicly on the microblogging platform X, stating, 'I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there are no creative disagreements with the filmmaker. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan, the film director.' Priyadarshan, who helmed the original "Hera Pheri" in 2000, is set to return as director for the upcoming sequel. He had officially announced the project on his birthday, tagging the original trio- Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty in his celebratory post. The first film of the franchise - "Hera Pheri" = was released in 2000 and became a landmark in Indian comedy after garnering love from the audience.
