Documents Required for UPCATET 2025 Counselling
A printed copy of the UPCATET application form, attested by the Registrar/Principal/Dean of the last attended institution.
Attested photocopies and originals of Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
Attested and original mark sheets and certificates of Bachelor's and Master's degrees (if applicable).
A valid domicile certificate for Uttar Pradesh, issued by a competent authority.
Original sports weightage certificate (if applicable).
Original character and conduct certificate from the head of the last institution attended.
At least five passport-sized photographs with the candidate's name and roll number written on the back.
OBC category candidates must produce an original caste certificate issued after March 31, 2024, or valid on the counselling date.

Candidates who appeared for the UPCATET Entrance Exam 2025 and qualified must visit the official website to download the counselling schedule.
