UW Madison among group of schools investigated by DOE for discrimination
MADISON, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – UW Madison is one of more than 45 universities the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights is investigating. The department issued a memo saying American educational Institutions discriminated against white and Asian students. UW Madison is facing scrutiny for a group, called the PHD Project, for helping students from underrepresented groups obtain degrees in business.
