ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, announced the launch of MSP Central. It is a unified platform designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) streamline IT service delivery and operations.
The platform enables MSPs to manage device administration, threat protection, and infrastructure monitoring from a single console. ManageEngine revealed that MSP Central addresses the operational challenges of MSPs, offering enhanced technician efficiency and service scalability.
According to the company, the global managed services market is expected to reach $511 billion by 2029. MSPs are under growing pressure to scale operations without reducing service quality. MSP Central aims to meet this demand. 'With MSP Central, we're bringing together the best of ManageEngine's proven IT management and security capabilities in a platform designed from the ground up for MSPs,' said Mathivanan Venkatachalam, vice president at ManageEngine.
An early user, Edgar Martínez from EvolutionIT, shared that switching between multiple tools slowed down operations. He noted that MSP Central offered a much-needed unified approach without added complexity.
ManageEngine reported that the platform includes a modular, cloud-native architecture. It features multi-tenancy, role-based access control, and seamless integration with Zoho apps and third-party tools. This design gives MSPs the flexibility to adopt only what they need.
Key features include: Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) for patching, asset visibility, and proactive remediation.
Professional Services Automation (PSA) with ticketing, SLAs, and billing tools.
Endpoint security with anti-ransomware, browser security, and vulnerability management.
Additionally, MSP Central supports AI-powered automation, advanced server monitoring, and over 20 third-party integrations via open APIs.
ManageEngine reported that the platform is built for marketplace readiness and will expand to support areas like SIEM, privileged access management, and analytics. Future updates will deepen integrations with business applications and partner ecosystems.
MSP Central is now available globally with modular pricing. ManageEngine confirmed that providers can pay only for the capabilities they use.
