Unkadiri - Tribal Food Festival Brings Traditional Flavors to Life in Ranchi
Ranchi: Unkadiri - Tribal Food Festival, a two-day fest being organised by the
state tourism department
, was inaugurated by minister Sudivya Kumar at Audrey House on Saturday. The food festival will offer a range of
traditional tribal dishes
, such as smoky grilled meats to millet-based sweets.
The Bihar stall featured exhibits made from medicinal tree barks and herbs traditionally used for food and healing. The Odisha stall put up seeds and grains on display to highlight the farming practices and biodiversity of tribal communities.

is an integral part of our cultural identity. Through festivals like Unkadiri, we are not only preserving but proudly promoting these traditions to the world," Kumar said.
