Police want to speak to dog owner after Cheltenham attack
Police have said they want to speak to a dog owner after a man was bitten while walking in Constabulary said the victim - in his late teens - was walking along Greatfield Lane in Up Hatherley at around 19.30BST on Monday 7 April, when he passed a man with two German Shepherds walking in the other of the dogs lunged at the victim and bit him on the leg, causing puncture have appealed for the dog owner to come forward and also want to speak to any witnesses or anyone who may have any information about the incident.
