EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An officer has apparently been hurt and is being transported to a local hospital after what El Paso Police are calling an officer-involved shooting on Sunday afternoon in El Paso's Upper Valley. The incident happened at about 3:15 p.m. along the 6400 block of Passo Via Drive. Information is limited at this time but we will update this story as soon as we learn more. An El Paso police officer has been transported to University Medical Center of El Paso in unknown condition following an officer-involved shooting in the Upper Valley. Crime: El Paso police investigate fatal crash, Dyer Street shooting The police shooting occurred about 3:15 p.m. Sunday, June 1, in the 6400 block of Passo Via Street, Sgt.
