EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An officer has apparently been hurt and is being transported to a local hospital after what El Paso Police are calling an officer-involved shooting on Sunday afternoon in El Paso's Upper Valley. The incident happened at about 3:15 p.m. along the 6400 block of Passo Via Drive. Information is limited at this time but we will update this story as soon as we learn more.
