CAIRO, May 4 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said the government is working to facilitate real estate registration procedures either for Egyptians or foreigners, urging property investors to promote Egyptian real estate products, particularly those in the North Coast. Madbouli made the remarks during his meeting on Sunday with members of the Urban Development and Real Estate Export Committee, in the presence of Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny. On their part, the committee's members said the North Coast is characterized by unique features that are unparalleled in the world, whether in terms of climate or lovely beaches. They underlined the necessity of easing procedures for issuing entry and exit visas for tourists, developing airports in the North Coast, as well as speeding up the approval process for the initial registration of real estate, especially for foreigners. They called for hiring a global company for marketing Egyptian real estate products that should be linked with obtaining residency and citizenship. (MENA) M R E/R E E
