The Uttar Pradesh Housing Board is set to offer over 150 plots in the Siddharth Vihar Township, located adjacent to Delhi. Spanning 635 acres, this township is a mere 30-minute drive from Noida City Centre and Connaught Place in Delhi. Additionally, both the Ghaziabad Rapid Rail Station and Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) Metro Station are just 5 km away.
The Housing Board has previously constructed the Brahmaputra, Kanshiram Yojana, Ganga, Yamuna, and Hindon Towers in Siddharth Vihar Township. Presently, around 40,000 people reside in the area.
Siddharth Vihar is steadily emerging as a modern and convenient residential hub within the Delhi-NCR region. The availability of plots at affordable rates and excellent connectivity are among its key attractions.
According to the Housing Board, roughly 30% of Siddharth Vihar Township has been developed. Given its strategic location, it is becoming a preferred residential choice for many. Last year, the plot rates saw an increase from Rs 58,820 per square metre to Rs 65,000 per square metre. At present, a 100 square metre plot costs approximately Rs 65 lakh.
To enhance connectivity, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) plans to construct a 24-metre wide road and a cloverleaf interchange to link Siddharth Vihar Township to the Hindon Elevated Road.
