Man in hospital with serious injuries after crash in Swansea A serious road traffic collision left a 27 year old in hospital The Ty Draw Road in Bonymaen (Image: Google Maps ) Police have issued an appeal for information after a serious crash involving a van and a motorcyle in Swansea yesterday, leaving one in hospital. Police could not find the motorcycle when they arrived at the scene. South Wales Police are investigating the 11am crash on Sunday, June 1, on Ty Draw Road, at Bonymaen Cross. The force said the crash involved a Vauxhall Vivaro van and an electric off road motorcycle. Following the collision, the 27-year-old riding the motorcycle suffered serious injuries, and had to be taken to a hospital. His injuries are thought to not be life-changing. The force is investigating the incident and its officers are trying to locate the motorcycle involved in crash which the force said had been taken from the scene before officers arrived. Article continues below PC Ross McGrath from South Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit said: 'We want to thank those members of the public who assisted us at the scene and want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision who hasn't yet spoken to officers.' He added: 'Motorists who were in the area at the time are also urged to check for dashcam footage of the incident. 'We would also like to hear from anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of the off-road motorcycle.' Football club secures major sponsorship deal with car and van dealership
Accrington Stanley have announced Perrys Burnley as its latest official sponsor in a deal worth more £30,000 for the 2025/26 season. The trio were accused of speeding in 20mph limits and on the M4. Their cases were heard in Merthyr Tydfil and Swindon. Here's a round-up of their cases. RYAN COUSINS, 21, of Cwmamman Road in Garnant, was clocked doing 50mph in a 20mph speed limit. Cousins was driving a Citroen Berlingo on the A4102 Swansea Road in Merthyr Tydfil on November 9 when he was caught by a speed camera. He pleaded guilty, and was fined £400 at Merthyr Tydfil Combined Court Centre on May 16. Cousins was also told to pay £90 in costs and a £160 surcharge, and was hit with six points on his licence. DAVY RICHARDS, 43, of Ffordd Y Glowyr in Betws, was caught speeding on the M4 at Swindon. Richards was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vivaro on July 21 last year when he was clocked speeding by a manned speed camera. He pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates' Court on April 28. Richards was ordered to pay a £461 fine, £90 in costs, and a £184 surcharge. He also had five points added to his licence. SHAUN DAVIES, 33, of Tir Y Dail Lane in Ammanford, was caught speeding in a 20mph limit in Merthyr Tydfil. Davies was clocked by a speed camera doing 29mph in a Mercedes Sprinter on the A4102 Swansea Road on July 15. He pleaded guilty at Merthyr Tydfil Combined Court Centre on April 23, and must pay a £130 fine, £90 in costs, and a £52 surcharge. Davies had three points added to his licence, and was also banned from driving for six months for accumulating too many points.

Police are appealing for information about the collision which happened on the A475 between Lampeter and Llanwnen at around 2.55pm on Tuesday, May 6 The collision involved a white Vauxhall Vivaro van and a black Royal Enfield motorbike. One man was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he remains, police confirmed. Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information is asked to contact Dyfed-Powys Police. Pedestrian seriously injured after crash involving van in Ayr town centre
A 46-year-old man was hospitalised with "serious injuries" following a crash involving a van on Wednesday, May 14. A pedestrian was left with "serious injuries" following a crash involving a van in Ayr last week. Emergency services were called to the scene on Beresford Terrace at the junction with Parkhouse Street following the incident at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 14. A 46-year-old man, the pedestrian, was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were described as "serious" as a result of the crash which involved a white Vauxhall Vivaro. The van driver, a 39-year-old man, was arrested in connection with the incident but has since been released pending further enquiries. Police are now appealing for information and dash cam footage to help establish the full circumstances of the crash. Constable Ashleigh MacLachlan of the Road Policing Unit said: 'Our enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. 'I am appealing for anyone who saw the crash who hasn't already spoken to officers to get in touch. 'I would also ask anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dash-cam footage which could assist to contact us.' A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: 'Road policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash in Ayr. 'The incident happened around 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 14, on Beresford Terrace at its junction with Parkhouse Street involving a pedestrian and a white Vauxhall Vivaro van. "Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 46-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries. "The driver of the van, a 39-year-old man, was arrested in connection and later released pending further enquiries. "Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 3390 of May 14."
