SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A brunch spot in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood known for bottomless mimosas is closing soon, citing a rent dispute with its landlord. The Pink Elephant, located at 142 Minna Street, announced in an Instagram post last month that its last day would be Sunday, June 29. 'We're a family golf course': Concord golf course warns couple not to use parking lot for illicit tryst The restaurant, which serves 'Vegas-Style Brunch' along with bottomless mimosas, thanked their customers, but said they were closing, having been unable to negotiate agreeable rent terms with their landlords. 'It has been a dream to celebrate together for the last 10 years — countless birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal showers or simply celebrating friendship. We are beyond grateful and our hearts our full,' the Pink Elephant wrote on Instagram. 'Unfortunately, our last party will be June 29th Sunday as we have not reached a reasonable terms with our landlord,' the post continued. 'They have been charging us pre-pandemic rent last 5 years and want to continue to do so.' The post went on to thank the restaurant's staff, along with the 'guests, friends and influencers that supported us.' 'Please come by and say bye to our amazing staffs.
