Deputy CM lays stone for residential township in city
Patna: Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary on Thursday laid the foundation stone for 'Bonus Capital Heights', a residential township coming up in Khagaul area of the state capital. Touted as state's tallest residential project, this township marks a significant milestone in the state's urban development.
Spread over 14 acres, Bonus Capital Heights is being developed by real estate company Venus Star Construction Pvt Ltd. The project comprises 10 high-rise towers with around 1,100 flats, and it has received approval from the Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Designed to strike a balance between urban living and environmental sustainability, the township will feature approximately 85% open and green spaces, said an official of the firm.
The architectural design for the township has been prepared by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor. Vastu consultancy for the project is being provided by 'The Vedic Vision', he added.
The foundation-laying ceremony was attended by several senior ministers, former Lok Sabha MP Shahnawaz Hussain, senior govt officials and representatives from Venus Star Construction Pvt Ltd, including its managing director Sanjay Kumar Singh, CEO Vinay Pruthi and COO Rishi Choudhary.
According to the company, the project is slated to be completed before Jan 2030.
Venus Star, has previously completed residential projects such as Landmark Gold, Venus Paradise and Venus Empire in the state capital.
