WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Correctional Center's phone provider will soon only allow one free 5-minute call a month instead of per week.
On Friday, ViaPath Technologies issued a statement to provide an update on changes in the Free Communication Program.

'We are committed to ensuring that each and every incarcerated individual has access to a baseline of free communication options,' the statement reads.
