Fairchild Equipment delivers refurbished forklift to church in Green Bay to help serve families in need

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Fairchild Equipment and Green Bay First gathered on Tuesday morning for a special delivery of a refurbished forklift and a ribbon cutting to highlight charitable efforts. The refurbished forklift was donated to Green Bay First, a church in the area that looks to serve local families in need. Fairchild Equipment says the new donation will help the church distribute resources. Victory II Cruise returns to Green Bay after two year absence, marks 2025's first docking Green Bay First hands out over 350 food bags weekly to families in need, and the forklift's role will be to help ease any possible physical strain on volunteers. HOWARD, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Howard say police will now be conducting special enforcement patrols of children riding electric bicycles, citing 'ongoing complaints' as the reason why. Victory II Cruise returns to Green Bay after two year absence, marks 2025's first docking According to a release from the Village of Howard, despite the repeated requests for e-bike users to ride more responsibly, complaints continue to be ongoing, leading to additional actions needing to be taken. Village officials say the Howard Police Department, rather than using their time patrolling the streets and addressing the important matters throughout the community, will now conduct special enforcement patrols of children using e-bikes. Residents have made it clear that reckless operation of e-bikes and electric scooters has gotten out of control throughout the community. The village of Howard It's important to note that the Howard Municipal Code reportedly requires anyone using an e-bike to have a valid driver's license, operator's license, or instructional permit. Anyone under 16 years old using an e-bike will have any potential citations issued to their parents or legal guardians. GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Northeast Wisconsin Community Clinic (NEW) cut the ribbon on its newest behavioral health location in Green Bay on Tuesday morning. The NEW Community Clinic now has a spot for behavioral health at 424 South Monroe Avenue in Green Bay, providing in-depth care for people at least four years old. The Weidner announces seven show lineup for 2025-26 Broadway In Green Bay The providers at this new location, according to the NEW Community Clinic website, are all trained in various forms of mental health care at all ages, from children to teens to adults. The central issues vary: Anxiety Cognitive decline Grief Anger Attention issues Stress The services vary from outpatient therapy, couples/family therapy and psychiatric medication management. This marks the third NEW Community Clinic designed to focus on mental health. In a release following the ribbon cutting, Dr. Katie Patterson, NEW Community Clinic's behavioral health director, expressed her excitement for the new clinic and what it means.
