Fatal crash closes road in Tillsonburg
One person has died after a single-vehicle crash in Tillsonburg.
According to police, the crash happened around 9 a.m. when a northbound vehicle struck hydro pole and went down a steep embankment on Vienna road.
The driver was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Vienna Road is closed at Simcoe Street and Old Vienna Road and is expected to reopen by 2 p.m.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and the investigation is ongoing.
