Arthur Phillips Sr. WCCO photojournalist Art Phillips shares some personal family photos taken by his father, Arthur Phillips Sr., in Vietnam during his time in service. Phillips and his family lived in Guam as waves of refugees came to the small island following the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, which marked the end of the Vietnam War.
