Oswal Pumps, a Karnal-based manufacturer of pumping solutions and solar water pumping systems, has filed its Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise up to Rs 890 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), which includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) by promoter Vivek IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 890 crore and an OFS of up to 81 lakh equity shares by Vivek Gupta, the promoter selling shareholder. The price band, minimum bid lot, and final offer size will be disclosed in subsequent filings and advertisements before the offer opening date.
