Feature-rich Garmin Vivoactive 5 gets a generous discount, making it a must-grab
If you're in the market for a new lifestyle Garmin smartwatch, be sure to grab the feature-rich Vivoactive 5 while it's still available at 26% off on Amazon. Thanks to this discount, you can treat yourself to one for just under $221, saving a solid $79 in the process. While the markdown comes from a third-party seller, which also handles the shipping, you'll still have 30 days to return the smartwatch in case there is something wrong with it. So, we believe the only thing you should be worried about is missing out on this generous deal, as this handsome fella brings a lot to the table. $79 off (26%) Amazon has discounted the Garmin Vivaoctive 5 by a tempting 26%, making it a great choice for users on a budget. The unit has an OLED touchscreen and a plethora of useful features. Act fast and save while the offer lasts! Buy at Amazon For example, it features a beautiful AMOLED touchscreen display while also delivering up to 11 days of battery life on a single charge. In comparison, the Galaxy Watch 7 and Apple Watch Series 10 offer about a day or a day and a half of battery life per charge. Of course, being among the best smartwatches on the market, they have a premium feel and design, whereas the Vivoactive 5 is made of plastic and lacks this level of refinement. Then again, you'll probably forget when was the last time you charged it—something you can't say for Samsung's and Apple's premium wearables. Another highlight of this bad boy is that it's loaded with health-tracking features even though it's not technically a multisport smartwatch. It keeps an eye on your body's energy levels, so you'll know when you're fully charged to hit the gym with its built-in sleep coach, you'll get tailored tips to help you improve your sleep. On top of that, it supports Garmin Pay for contactless payments, smart notifications, and Garmin's Connect IQ store, where you can find apps and watch faces. That being said, it lacks a built-in mic, so you can't use it to take or make phone calls. Nevertheless, the Vivoactive 5 offers great value at its current price on Amazon. So, if it checks all the right boxes for you and not being able to receive phone calls from your wrist isn't a dealbreaker, be sure to act fast and take advantage of this deal while it's still available!

The Garmin Vivoactive 5 gets another tempting discount at Amazon
Looking for a Garmin watch with an OLED touchscreen, long battery life, and advanced features for less than $230? The Vivoactive 5 is the one for you. Sure, this fella got a successor recently, but you can buy it for 24% off its original ~$300 asking price, making it a compelling choice for users on a budget. $72 off (24%) Amazon has discounted the Garmin Vivaoctive 5 by a tempting 24%, making it a great choice for users on a budget. The unit has an OLED touchscreen and many useful features. This deal is only available on the model with an Orchid band; other colors sell for 23% off. Buy at Amazon Right off the bat, let's point out that this GPS watch was actually a tad cheaper a month ago. However, no merchant is offering better deals right now, making this Amazon bargain a solid choice for users who missed out earlier. The Vivoactive 5 might lack some Garmin features found on more premium models like the Forerunner 965 and the Fenix 8, but it's still a well-rounded option you shouldn't neglect. First of all, it packs a beautiful 1.2-inch OLED touchscreen and a super lightweight design. What about its features? You have multiple built-in sports profiles and insights like Workout Benefit and Recovery Time, which help you understand how each workout affects your body. There's also Body Battery Energy monitoring on deck to help determine optimal times for rest and working out. Beyond the many workout-related features, this bad boy packs sleep coaching and highly accurate heart rate tracking. It even gives you morning reports with an overview of your sleep and HRV status, among other insights. During our time with it, we've estimated that this Garmin watch can make it about four days between charges with an always-on display. Of course, you can disable the feature to get even longer battery life. You can find out more about our impressions through our Garmin Vivoactive 5 review. Bottom line: the Garmin Vivoactive 5 is a solid choice for users looking for multi-day battery life and useful workout features. It's certainly not the most premium unit, but now that it's on sale, it's a deal you shouldn't ignore. Get yours at Amazon and save $72.

This Garmin fitness tracker is just as good (if not better) than an Apple Watch — and it's on sale right now
The Apple Watch is a fantastic smartwatch and fitness tracker — it's one that I wear almost daily, and use to test against other wearables. But it's a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. If you are looking for something similar, but with more of a focus on fitness and health tracking, the Garmin Vivoactive is one of the best Apple Watch alternatives. Garmin Vivoactive 5 deal Garmin Vivoactive 5 The Vivoactive 5 has many of Garmin's signature fitness and health tracking features, but is slimmer and sleeker than models like the Garmin Venu 3 and Garmin Forerunner 165. It still has plenty of my favorite Garmin features: daily summaries, sleep coaching, Garmin coach training, workout benefit summaries, workout recovery times, muscle maps for strength workouts and over 30 supported exercise modes. It's not all fitness — the Vivoactive tracks your basic health metrics, sleep, naps and notifications, and can be used for tap-to-pay. Plus, it has wellness features like meditation modes and guided breathing exercises. It's also important to note that it gets up to 11 days of battery life. That's long enough that I almost forget I need to charge at all — a far cry from the daily charging of my Apple Watch. The Vivoactive 5 works with iPhone and Android devices and comes in four colors — the black and ivory colors have the steepest discount right now. Why trust NBC Select?
