Euphoria's Rosalía Reflects on Being Cast in Season 3
Rosalía talked about her acting debut in Euphoria Season 3 during the 2025 Met Gala. The singer revealed she's learning on set and called the experience 'really inspiring.' HBO previously announced her casting in February, with filming now underway in Los Angeles.
Rosalía recently confirmed her role in Euphoria Season 3 during an interview on the Vogue Met Gala livestream with Teyana Taylor and Ego Nwodim.
The singer said, 'This is my first job, eh? Well, I'm learning, I'm figuring it out.' She added, 'I'm trying not to forget my lines, but it's been really inspiring being beside these amazing actors and actresses.' (via Deadline)
HBO officially announced the Spanish artist as part of the cast in February. She had then stated, 'Euphoria has been my favorite series of the last few years and I couldn't be happier and more grateful to be acting alongside all these colleagues that I admire so much and contributing my 'granito de arena' to bring Sam's vision to reality.'
Rosalía joins the Euphoria Season 3 cast alongside Marshawn Lynch and Kadeem Hardison, with Sharon Stone, Lucy Punch, and Asante Blackk added later. Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, and Jacob Elordi return for the new season. Set a few years after the Season 2 finale, Season 3 will follow the characters beyond high school.
The production team is currently filming Season 3 in Los Angeles in partnership with A24. At the Met Gala, Rosalía appeared with fellow cast members Zendaya, Schafer, and Colman Domingo, who appears as a guest star on the show.
The event's theme, 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,' and its dress code, 'Tailored for You,' provided the setting for Rosalía's comments about her acting debut and working alongside the show's cast. HBO plans to release the new season in 2026.
