Volkswagen Sells Green Hybrid Bond as Issuers Rush to Market
Volkswagen AG is selling euro-denominated green hybrid bonds, kicking off what's expected to be a busy week of corporate bond issuance amid progress in US-China trade talks.
The automaker's financing subsidiary, Volkswagen International Finance NV, is offering two perpetual bonds with first call dates in November 2030 and November 2033, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified. The bonds offer yields of around 6.25% and 6.75%, respectively, the person said.
